RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Avento Furniture, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We want you to feel confident and informed about your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

 

Change of Mind

Please choose carefully, as cash refunds are not available for change of mind.

All purchases should be made after thorough consideration of your needs, space, and style preferences. We encourage you to contact our team if you need guidance before placing an order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. Any issues or damages must be reported within 24-hours. Claims after this period may not be accepted.

If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at info@aventofurniture.com

We will assess the issue and work with you to provide a resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or store credit where applicable. Documenting the issue with photos is helpful and may speed up the process.

Store Credit

While we do not offer cash refunds, store credit may be provided for eligible cases, such as damaged or defective items. Store credit can be applied to future purchases at Avento Furniture showroom.

Once your case has been reviewed, we will notify you regarding the amount and terms of any store credit issued.

Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used within a specified timeframe, which will be communicated when issued.

Warranty & Non-Returnable Items

Floor stock is sold as-is and carries a 1-year warranty for home accessories and 1-year structural warranty for lounges.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Surface scratches, dents, or chips
  • Marks or stains from normal use
  • Accidental breakages or damage caused by negligence
  • Normal wear and tear

You are entitled to repair or replacement for a major failure, or if the goods do not meet acceptable quality standards or their intended purpose.

 

Order Deposits & Cancellations

A minimum 30% deposit is required before we can process your order.

If you cancel your order after paying the deposit, a 30% cancellation fee of the total product cost will apply. Deposits secure your order and allow us to begin preparation of your items, especially for custom or made-to-order pieces.
