Please review carefully before making a purchase. By ordering from Avento Furniture, you agree to the following:
Change of Mind
Cash refunds are not available for change of mind. All purchases should be considered carefully in terms of your needs, space, and style preferences. We encourage you to contact our team if you need guidance before placing an order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Any issues or damages must be reported within 24 hours; claims after this period may not be accepted. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at info@aventofurniture.com We will assess the situation and work with you to provide a resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or store credit where applicable. Supporting documentations are needed.
Store Credit
While cash refunds are not offered, store credit may be provided for eligible cases, such as damaged or defective items. Store credit can be applied toward future purchases at the Avento Furniture showroom. Once your situation has been reviewed, we will notify you regarding the amount and terms of the store credit. Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used within a specified timeframe, which will be communicated when issued.
Floor Stock & Warranty
Floor stock is sold as-is and carries a 1-year warranty for home accessories and a 1-year structural warranty for lounges. Warranty does not cover surface scratches, dents, or chips, marks or stains from normal use, accidental breakages or damage caused by negligence, or normal wear and tear. You are entitled to repair or replacement for major failures or if goods do not meet acceptable quality standards or their intended purpose.
Deposits & Cancellations
A minimum 30% deposit is required before we can process your order. Cancellation after paying the deposit may incur a 30% cancellation fee of the total product cost. Deposits secure your order and allow us to begin preparation of your items, especially for custom or made-to-order pieces.
Delivery & Collection
Delivery times are approximate: 14 weeks for standard orders and up to 6 months for custom orders.
Goods must be collected or delivered within 14 days of notification. Failure to do so may result in storage fees or order cancellation. Avento Furniture is not responsible if items do not fit through doors, lifts, stairways, or corridors; items will be left in an agreed safe location. Please ensure full payment is settled before delivery.
Pricing
Prices may be corrected in case of errors. Prices do not include delivery charges. Items are handcrafted; slight variations may occur between pieces.
Liability & Shipping
Delivery dates are approximate; delays may occur due to logistics, high demand, or customs. Avento Furniture is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, accidents, or negligence.
