Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

At Avento Furniture, we strive to deliver your order as efficiently as possible. However, please be aware that shipping times are approximate and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including high demand, global logistics, customs, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard orders: approximately 14 weeks from the date of order
  • Custom or made-to-order items: up to 6 months

While we make every effort to meet these timeframes, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Customers should plan accordingly and consider potential delays when purchasing.

Lead times are provided in good faith; delays caused by suppliers, shipping other external factors are beyond our control and do not entitle cancellation or compensation 

 

Delivery & Collection

Goods must be collected or accepted for delivery within 14 days of notification that they are ready.

Delivery locations must be accessible; we are not responsible if items do not fit through doors, lifts, stairways, or corridors. Items will be left in an agreed safe location if necessary.

Ensure that all outstanding balances are paid prior to scheduled delivery.
